  Immediate problem with my order, in that after placing my order, the store sold their last one in stock. They immediately got hold of me to let me know, and were very polite and professional in offering an immediate refund or if I was prepared to wait, I decided to wait and there was a problem with getting hold of my item, they offered an alternative solution that was great and the item arrived the day after. Fantastic customer service.
