  Working with the seller has been a wonderful experience. They will take the time necessary to help diagnose the issue and ensure you are ordering the right part. The price compared to buying new is well worth it. The main board came packed so well it would have survived a Mythbuster's torture test. It was clean and installed easily. So far everything is working and has solved the issue. The only caveat is I found accounts setup for Samsung and several apps (I have deleted all of them).

We do this to confirm full Wi-Fi, app, and Smart Hub functionality before shipping. We usually leave a couple intact as proof the board’s smart features are working as intended — but totally understand clearing them out! 😊So glad the install went smoothly and your TV is back in action.
