When I tried to tell them it was being returned to sender, they tell me “no it’s not” as I watch the tracking return it to them… Then, after contacting them numerous times to fix their error, I’m sent a new order number with tracking and the item finally arrived. The communication was awful and a simple “sorry” for the inconvenience would’ve went a long way.
