  Great seller - promptly replied to all of my inquiries, issued credit for combined (actual) shipping cost of four items purchased, carefully packed, promptly shipped and issued (without argument) an additional credit for post office caused shipping damage. Hard to find sellers as good as these.

  Just a wonderful set of cups and saucers, all in great condition. Seller did an outstanding job wrapping each piece. The box was well padded and all arrived safely. They are better than described. No communication with seller was required.
