  I needed to return the bag as it arrived smelling of smoke and had pet hair all over it. I appreciate the quick response and being able to return the bag. The item was shipped very quickly but, I just wish that the listing read that it was from a smoke friendly and pet friendly home. Sorry that it didn't work out.

  The bag itself didn't smell like smoke. Handbags are all put in plastic zip lock bags before they enter my house. Because I do currently live with a smoker. I believe the zip lock smelled of smoke and I should have put it in a new bag prior to shipping. Pet hair could have been removed easily with a lint brush. Sorry I didn't notice it upon packing or I would have lint rolled it. It must have been there when I purchased it. Also sorry it didn't work out, but its OK someone else will love it.
