I cancelled the order, but seller was feisty about the cancellation, indicating that the item clearly said NOT WORKING, which I obviously overlooked. It had not shipped before I canceled, so there should have been no gripes. As I told the seller: "Why would anyone want a charger that doesn't work?" He reluctantly agreed to the cancellation. Overall, good customer service.
