  Fast shipping, but product not as described. Listed as 3-3/4". They are 3-1/2". I already have all of the 3-1/2" tumblers. I am working on finalizing the 3-3/4" tumblers. I'll keep as it's too much rigmarole to return and I can always use seconds, I suppose.

  Listing title and description included items that were not actually part of the sale. When I asked about items missing from my shipment, the dealer immediately admitted their error (due to unfamiliarity with photography) and offered a partial refund. I accepted. The actual refund they gave me was considerably more than we agreed to. I see that their highly positive reviews are well deserved, and I would definitely buy from them again.
