  The packaging could have been better. Nuts and screws were rolling around in the box, the brackets were loose as well. I thought one piece was missing, and tried to repackage the item. It wouldn’t go back in due to the missing piece being jammed in with the instructions, which cause the fragile paper to tear. Over all the item is in good condition, but it would have been nice to have more care in packaging, as the box had been opened before.

  I am glad you were able to find all of the pieces and recognized that everything was intact. The package was shipped directly from Sears to the recipient many years ago, and her son told me his mother had never opened the package, and it appeared to me as though he was correct. I appreciate your business and your efforts to get things straightened out.
