  There was an issue with the item not delivered, but this was the post office at fault and the seller resent the item and resolved the problem without any fuss. The product is as it says on the box, very happy, a good seller will use again.

  Despite my item being posted, the seller had evidence that it was posted but the package which never appeared. This didn’t seem any fault of the retailer, who was very understanding and tried to reassure me. I HAVE had issues with the Royal Mail at my address and had to raise grievances. The seller kindly refunded the items as they still have never reached me. I don’t know if that was down to how they packaged the items but assume the error was with Royal Mail.

  Ordered what I thought was ribbon with black font as per the images advertised but instead received ribbon with silver font. Contacted the seller to make them aware of this and provided photos as evidence. They responded saying that they do not sell ribbon with black font, only silver font so advised I must have been mistaken. There is obviously a very clear difference between black and silver font colour and the item I received was clearly silver, not black. Will not be ordering again.
