  The SSD was advertised as OPEN BOX. I emailed the seller for more information and clarification. There was no response. . By definition, OPEN BOX means ALMOST NEW, usually a customer return or display model. When tested, the HD had 227 hours of usage. This was USED. . Anyways, the price was cheap because of an offered 20% seller discount. Despite the condition, it was still a good buy.

  Incredibly quick response when it comes to communication, but don’t expect it to be pleasant. The seller was very condescending and rude when I asked a simple question. And then when I was reassured the item had shipped it wasn’t until 2 days later the item was actually scanned by usps. I would highly recommend to stay away from this seller. Very upset with the way they conducted business and then lied about shipping. BUYER BE CAUTIOUS. SPEN YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE.
