  We were ready to put the bracket on the windshield when two ends of the bracket fell off when we were trying to make sure the camera would slide in to the holder part of the bracket and fit. Please see the picture.

  This is clearly a FALSE feedback.Please look at the picture provided ..the screw is rusted and it is not the ITEM we sent ..Why do people do this?: All they had to do is contact us and be TRUTHFUL and as for some resolution..we would glad accept a return or replace or refund which ever is appropriate. This is not being honest from the buyer !! shameful people can do this kinda stuff for such a low priced item.
