  Item description was exactly as described. Excellent. Packaging was efficient and neat. Great. Shipping cost was relatively high. Okay. Only the shipping time was poor, from purchase date to availability of tracking number could have been better, and missed estimated delivery date by close to a week's time. No seller communication within the delays - any sort of message would have been appreciated given the delays.

  The delay was a USPS error as they sent your package to multiple regional hubs that were obviously a mistake on their part. The review you left should be directed at the postal service. I apologize but the package left my control when It was dropped to the care of the postal service. To suggest that I didnt keep you updated on any delays is unrealistic, you have the tracking number and could clearly see it was in transit, and where it was. When you did message me, I checked it, and advised you

  Items as described, beautiful! As we live in close proximity, shipping wasn’t necessary. The TV guides were in a nice, well-fitting box. Communication was good and it was a fairly easy transaction. Thank you.

  the dvds that arrived were in perfect condition just as described and well packaged there was a little hiccup and the sellers went above and beyond to make it right will buy from them again
