  Excellent responsive seller. Sent wrong model and made an exchange as hassle free as possible to send back the wrong model and receive the correct model. Unit as described. Haven't had much of a chance to use it, but it came with a 2 year Allstate warranty. Super fast shipping both originally and also for the exchange. Highly impressed by this seller's business ethic.

  Item as described. Unit is an Ebay refurbished but it looks new. All the parts were included in the box making set up easy. It is doing a fine job cooling the room we have it in and it is quiet.
