The seller cancelled my order without contacting me and reported that I had requested the cancellation, which I had not . At first I thought it was an mistake and reached out to the seller and have heard nothing back. I got the money back quickly but the communication was extremely poor . I really wanted the item I thought I had purchased and was definitely disappointed.

the mug was chipped and colored in which washed off and it was cracked so it leaked. I wrote to the address on the box for a refund and received no reply.
