    Ordered the item and it took the company several weeks to ship it, and another week to receive it. I finally got it a month later and it’s the wrong item. They sent me the wrong contact block, the NC and NO when i ordered the ECNO and NO.

    Esta é uma péssima empresa! São desonestos ou incompetentes, pois colocam o equipamento a venda e após você realizar a compra e pagar esta empresa não envia o produto. Quando o comprador manda mensagem perguntando sobre o envio eles não respondem. Durante o tempo de espera eles dizem que não tem o produto em estoque e estão aguardando o fornecedor. Chegando próximo a data final da entrega eles cancelam a compra!!! Voces da Radwell são um bando de safados e deveriam ser cancelados do Ebay!!!
