Unfortunately the clockspring was defective internally and had to be replaced by a auto repair shop. I contacted the seller and was offered a refund if I returned it. The repair shop charged $350 for a new clockspring, plus labor. They discarded the one I bought from this seller so I was unable to send the defective one back, I sent pics of repair shop invoice and their number but refund was denied. My problem not sellers.
