  The customer initially claimed that the order was never shipped. Tracking information showed delayed movement, and based on the customer's concerns, a refund was issued as a courtesy. However, upon further investigation, tracking confirmed the item was delivered on time. It appears the original complaint was not accurate. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this buyer, as the situation raises concerns regarding the integrity of their claims

  Seller claims 'Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address'. There is nothing wrong with the address, I've purchased hundreds of items on ebay sent to this address and never seen this excuse. Seller did refund the purchase price two weeks after the sale of the item. I would not recommend this seller.

  The buyer provided incorrect shipping information, which prevented the carrier from successfully delivering or shipping the item. Despite our experience shipping thousands of items without issue, the buyer responded in a rude manner and accused us of fraud. As a result, we arranged for the items to be returned and issued a refund. We recommend exercising caution when dealing with this buyer.
