  A company's true quality shines when issues arise, and I'm pleased to say this seller handled a recent problem exceptionally well. I received the wrong item, but after I contacted them, they resolved it within the same week.   This item was lost in the post,Royal Mail. When contacted the seller replied very quickly and offered a refund or replacement,I needed the item so I took the replacement and it arrived today. It is as itemised and so I give the seller 10 out of 10!
