  These tips are autoclavable as we discribed which is similar as orginals and work well. The buyer should do sterilization with high temperture up to 135 C. We're not responsible for chemical sterization that could damage the tips. The buyer made a wrong cold sterilization ive and damaged them because these tips have metal, lens and plastic shell. We have sold these tips for a long time to global customers without any issue, only got the problem from this buyer. That feedback should be removed.
