  Lack of communication, false information. Received refound because the accounts were banned, and seller gave the excuse that they were ok on the day that gave access, but on the same day i tried to access both accs and were permanently banned.

  I checked and confirmed they were active before delivery. Unfortunately, a sudden ban wave occurred the same day, which is beyond my control. As soon as the issue was reported, I immediately issued a full refund since I had no replacements available. I always aim for clear communication and fast resolution, and I regret that this situation happened.
