Hello, I'm a long time collector of books and movies and I'm trying to slim down my collection. I'll do my best to treat you like I like to be treated. I try to take numerous photos of the items I'm listing as I hate buying from people who don't show you exactly what you're getting. We all know that usually turns into a disappointment. If I do miss something in the listing, I take returns. I also combine shipping, just give me a head's up that you're buying a few items. That way, I know to send you a new invoice or refund you the extra shipping charges. I also try to package things up nice and securely and don't just throw things in a bag. If you're buying books, I usually put them in a plastic sleeve, some cardboard wrap, and an envelope or if there's a few of them, I'll put them in a sleeve and box them up with some padding.     The package was mistakenly sent to my former address. USPS informed me that they returned the package to the Seller. I have tried numerous times to reach out to the Seller to resend my purchase to my correct address or give me a refund. The Seller has not responded to my messages.

    Item was shipped correctly to the ebay customer provided address. It was delayed in returning to me due to being shipped back postage due. Buyer left feedback before I could respond. Could have all been avoided if customer had just changed their address in the system when they moved.
