  I responded to over 20 messages from this seller. The ipod was stored in a display case near a light for over 10 years, and it left a small mark on the back seal. I explained this in every way possible to the seller, but they are convinced I don't know what I am talking about despite the fact I bought these brands new from the apple store one in each color personally. I offered a discount for the mark. Negative feedback is not correct, fair, or accurate.
