  The Post Office seems to have messed up with delivery of this card. ("shipped July 14", "out for delivery" at my end on July 17, but actually delivered August 5). I believe that the dealer is NOT at fault. In fact, previous purchases have all gone well, and I recommend this dealer! I am pleased to have this uncommon historical card in perfect condition! Condition better than described! Thank you!
