  Dealing with this seller was terrible , I’d rather have a root canal with pain medication. Asked questions , snippy responses. (1) package but in my purchase history there were (2) one was marked delivered Saturday May 31st and today June 2nd different tracking numbers on both but of course according to the seller this was NOT there fault. I ask who sent the items and created shipping labels. My only mistake was choosing this seller. NEVER AGAIN AND I WONDER IF eBay Screens there sellers.

  I'd rather go to the dentist and have a root canal WITHOUT medication than to have to deal with this guy. He doesn't comprehend what you tell him in emails. Even saying things at a level that a 5 year old would understand. No one made a mistake. He just doesn't get how to track an order with a tracking number on FedEx

  Have not fully removed from the box yet but item appears to be of good quality, is the correct color and pattern. ACC carpets have been around for quite a few years so expect it to be a good product and it's labeled as the part I ordered so should be no problems. Shipping was a little slow to get started but nothing serious carton arrived undamaged so carpet should have no issues. Vendor rates an A+.

  Great to deal with, but the wrong size was sent. No issues with refunding, but still disappointing. I appreciate the seller’s taking care of the refund and owning their mistake.
