  The cookie cutter came in two pieces, with no instructions. I used the detailed (as opposed to the outline) cutter on my cookie dough and it all stuck in the mold. I can't even get the dough out with a toothpick. The cookie cutters came with a QR code to get instructions on use, which required me to have Instagram. I do not have or want Instagram. I contacted the seller who sent me a snarky response - specifically "probably you are using it wrong." A wase of $ and terrible service.
