I messaged the seller and they said they didn’t have the iem I ordered in stock. They called me and offered me alternate solutions including waiting for new stock, offering me a discount on another iem, ect. I asked for a full refund and they processed it immediately. I wish they had contacted me as soon as I placed the order regarding the situation. Despite this I had a good experience with their service overall.
