  I bought this vacuum cleaner for the hose, as mine was failing and it has been discontinued. Now I have a very nice backup. The whole process was smooth. Seller packaged the item in a very safe and secure manner. Shipping was within the estimated range at time of purchase. Seller accepted a bid somewhat lower than the asking price, keeping the overall price at a reasonable value. The vacuum cleaner was in excellent condition, maybe even better than described.

  Shipped late but arrived early via FedEx, the excuse was "dad's cancer"? They took my money instantly, but took 5 more days to ship. So, FedEx shipping but the packaging material was filled with stolen United States Postal Service padded Express Mail envelopes. So folks, they are stealing from you and me instead of buying their own bubble wrap. Wasteful and fraudulent. The actual item appears to be as expected, and cheap, but I can't tell because they didn't include bags, tools, or HEPA filter.

  Douche bag. Item was offered with 2 day processing and shipped on the second business day. Paid on a Wednesday - day one was Thursday, followed by Friday 4th of July holiday, Saturday, Sunday, and shipped on Monday - the second possible business day. Buyer received Wednesday. And yes I did find out on the day that payment was made that my father had been admitted to the hospital dealing with lung cancer and I was more concerned about that. Vacuum wasn't offered with bags, tools, or new filters.
