  If you read you description listed in eBay it states the bear is 23.5”(inches). The bear I received is half that at 12 inches. The bear is quite nice but I am not satisfied. You should be more careful of your description.

  The bear length is 13.5" - a typo on my part so I do apologize for that. It also listed 36cm which was correct. It appears I hit the 1 instead of the 2. You messaged me however that you were dissatisfied due to the hair loss on the bear - noted both in the description and in the pictures and that we were dishonest in selling the bear though we fully disclosed this. I don't believe you carefully looked at all the photos or read the part about condition before purchasing.

  over priced, photo attracive vs actual. shipping packaged poorly, if not extremely careful damaging would be easy. Everything from item to shipping one of the most pathetic purchases I ever made, BEWARE

  We are very sorry and surprised at your feedback as you never reached out to us. There were MANY photos of shirt that accurately represented item and it was sent in a Polymailer which is standard for clothing purchases. We also accepted your offer of $30% off of our ask. If you HAD reached out, we would have asked you to go ahead and go through Ebay for a return and certainly would have refunded you upon return of the product. Next time, please do that. We certainly don't want unhappy customers!
