  The packaging was not a new packaging. The box was open on the outside dirty without plastics. As if it had been stored and used for a long time. The item inside was clean and in good condition. I used it once and it didn't work for the next customer. It turned on and off and never wanted to turn on again. I thought maybe it was the load, but I left it charging enough and it didn't work. I paid for a damaged item as if it were "new" and a price that was not cheap.

  The listing included several photos showing the condition of the box and of the item itself in working condition. You recieved exactly what was pictured in the condition shown, if it was damaged at all why not return the item or contact me? I accept all returns providing a shipping label at my expense. You recieved a discounted item and refuse to return so unfortunately there is nothing i can do to help.
