    I bought and installed a Moen pull-down faucet, but the hose had a hole in it. As a result, I had to wait until the next day to purchase a replacement hose. I reached out to the seller, but they have not responded to my concerns. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I managed to fix the problem, but I had to bear the cost myself.

    I have another(same model)bathroom set installed and the main spout was corroding after 7 years. I bought this new set for the one part. I am disappointed with Moen that the finish corroded on the old set so soon. This is the cheapest way for me fix the problem. Side note: The seller was fantastic! Item is exactly as described and the communication and delivery process was superb!

    I bought this item as an open box. Seller was very prompt in responding my communication. We negotiated a little bit and I received with all parts intact. It matched everything as per pictures and description. I have NOT installed due to construction in progress but I am sure it will check out fine. I will do business with seller again - rest assured.
