  The printer we originally ordered had some issues with it however we give 5***** to Emilee whi has had exceptional customer service letting us know the situation and we was supplied an upgraded alternative at no extra cost to us, Once we where informed of the issue and we accepted the alternative one it was delivered the next day!   Product as described. However didn't deliver until 5 days after the expected delivery date, which was quite a long dispatch time anyway. I contacted them when it got close to delivery and was told it was still with their tech team and she would hurry it along for me. Why was it for sell if it hadn't been fully tested and why wasn't is rushed through once it was sold. Poor customer service.

  Although the wrong item was initially delivered. When I contacted Customer service they were absolutely outstanding. As a result I ended up an upgraded printer. The original printer was collected as the second printer was delivered by their own staff the next day.
