  The seller had poor communication and frequently did not respond to my questions inquiring about why there had been no update with the tracking information. I did get a response to my first message. I was told that the item was already picked up, even though I could only tell the item's shipping label was printed. After a few days of no response to 2 separate messages, I put a request in with eBay, and once eBay contacted the seller, the seller responded immediately, and all of a sudden my item
