  Very responsive to questions. Super fast shipping, even tho it was only a 4 hour drive and usps on the weekend it still shipped faster than the other carriers out of chicago. Phone was %100 as described and I'm making this feedback on it currently. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Packaged neatly and well for shipping. I recieved my items fast and much earlier than I expected. I ordered on a Thursday and was supposed to recieve it the following Saturday but got it that upcoming Monday. This was my first purchase through ebay and I've always had doubts. This seller exceeded my expectations

  This seller is top shelf. He understands his customers and is one of the very few who actually take time to answer all questions very quickly instead of leaving us hanging. The product came and worked as advertised, and for anyone who relies on a cell phone understands, was shipped quickly. Everything I needed--including a Thank You card--was enclosed. The only glitch was that the US Postal Service managed to add a two day delay. They need to drop the word "Service" from their name.

  The phone I purchased was open box, but not a scratch or mark to be found. Looks and functions as brand new. This seller is absolutely wonderful and very kind in that I had bought the phone and immediately had to cancel my order. My refund was instant. Then I decided to buy it again. It was a great purchase. It is high quality at a fantastic price. Shipping was also excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller.

  Unfortunately, the laptop already had been sold somewhere else. Seller did refund me very quickly; is the reason I am giving them positive feedback. Note of caution with this seller, maybe check to make sure that the item is in stock and that they have it, before you purchase the item, then get the Ebay notification from seller that the item is no longer in stock. It was a huge purchase, made for a difficult refund. it did take 5 days to go back into my account. Quite a hassle.
