  When I received my item I noticed that there were some parts missing(board, cable, etc), which didn’t align with the listing which advertised it as “New-Open box”. I immediately contacted the seller about this, and in less than 60s I was refunded! This seller was exceptional, and on top of that, they let me keep the item. I can’t express how great they were! A+++!

  Arrived quickly but cover was detached (see picture). Listing did not say the cover was detached. I appreciate the offer but had I known about the cover, I would not have accepted. Perhaps I should have asked first but the listing did not mention any issues.

  UPDATE: Seller issued a refund based on the above feedback and issue with the manual. It was very quick and much appreciated. Thank you for being understanding. If I could change my feedback to Positive, I would.
