  I have a delay with the item I order and when I ask for help because don’t Work They just tell me cal the company but I don’t buy to the company I buy from this seller from eBay And I really disappointed then they can help me and don’t give my money back

  We sold brand new product with full manufacturer warranty and have tested before it left our facility to make sure it is good. Our policy is "no return". Customer tried to return the product as not functioning (maybe his old battery?) and got upset that we didn't accept the return. How fair it that? Beware of that type of buyers. We've learned our lesson.
