    The item I initially received had some issues, but Victor from Prology handled it exceptionally well. Their customer service was quick, responsive, and professional—they promptly sent out a replacement which works perfectly. Delivery was fast both times, and the packaging was secure and well done. Really impressed with how they resolved everything. Awesome experience overall—highly recommend this seller!

    The switch is in pristine conditions, exactly as advertised. Very good communication from seller. However, the shipping service was very poor. They courier didn’t bother to ring my bell or call me, and they left the parcel on the street outside the building. Luckily, my neighbor was walking by and saw it—otherwise, anyone could have taken it. Also, the box appears to have received a small impact, which broke both the external and internal cardboard and caused a small dent on the top of switch.
