  I ordered this part thinking i would need it for a job, turns out a bit of elbow grease gets the job done! Seller was kind enough to return the item and even graciously offered a good discount to keep it. Although i ultimately returned it, seller was fully transparent and understanding.   Hello Gaia, I am very impressed with your efforts to correct the faulty manufactured headlights for my BMW by sending me two new replacements which I just received. While I have not had my autobody specialist replace/install them as of this writing, your efforts to resolve the issue have been outstanding.   The condition of the packaging was damaged with holes and what appeared to be some type of liquid all over the box. The item itself appears to be okay.
