  Seller marked item as dispatched, tracking didn’t update for almost a month. Royal Mail never received the item, item was never dispatched. Trying to sort this with the seller was difficult as many messages were not responded to. Only when I opened a case did I get a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

  We apologise again for this matter. As stated on the tracking the parcel was dispatched / collected by Royal Mail, the parcel just hadn't been scanned into the network from the local depot, which may be down to a damaged label, but we are continuing to chase this up.We apologise again for the delay in replies. You had first messaged whilst we where away on holiday and then this last weekend we have been away working an event which has created a delay in reply. A full refund has been processed.
