  Shipping was not only free but was extremely fast. Item arrived 2 days after ordering and was well packed. Condition of the item was "like new". Others had the same item cheaper but after comparing the photos of their offering and this seller's offering it becomes quite obvious that this seller wants to provide the best possible part they can. Item was refurbished and tested.

  Part arrived quickly it was busted pretty much destroyed however, it was in new packaging and was labeled that the box was relabeled because of improper label placement. This clearly was not the case contacted the seller I sent them pictures. They need it right away. It was not their box They was very apologetic and quickly sent me a replacement submitted their own claim with FedEx new one came in just a couple days later worked flawlessly Definitely recommend and will use this seller again .

  Shipping was extremely fast what not though. As for the packaging was on point with the wrap. Somehow in the packaging, it did ended up getting more scratches which seemed to be okay though. It didn't affect the circuit board or anything which is good though. As for the value which is seemed really good to pay for though. Came as perfectly described what not in the picture though.

  Seller inadvertently sent the incorrect AC Heater climate control unit, caught the error, and quickly notified me. Seller immediately shipped the correct unit to me. The correct part was described as advertised. Thank you for getting ahead of the mistake and keeping me informed. You owned the problem and quickly made it right. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Beautiful rebuild, came as described. They shipped quickly and it was very well packed. So far it's working perfectly and I am very pleased. They included a label to ship the old unit back to them for a small refund. Price was fine. Answered my questions and were patient with me, as it took me a little time to get the unit installed. Highly recommend these folks!
