USPS attached a note to the package stating that they were sorry for the damage. However, one of the idler pulleys was separated and didn't get repackage. Explain to the sell what happened and was issued a full refund. Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. Therefore, I can't blame the seller for USPS poor workmanship.
