  The shipping was superb, right on time, and came packaged very nicely in two layers of bubble wrap. The condition of the camera is as described; no scratches, cracks, malfunctions, etc. For the price I paid I am very happy with what I received.

  Received the Alice large setup and couldn’t be more astounded by the amount of bubble wrap covering the whole package. Took me about 10 minutes to unravel the whole thing and now I also got two free trash bags that wrapped the bubble wrap courtesy of the seller. Shipped next day after purchase which was awesome as well. Couldn’t recommend the seller more for taking all the precautions to make sure the bag got to me undamaged

  Fantastic customer service, the seller voluntarily refunded me part of the cost when I accidentally accepted a higher offer, the bowl was wrapped meticulously in many layers of packaging, it’s a beautiful piece just as described.
