  Item as described. Dress and cloak extremely high quality. Size small fit my 5 year old perfectly. Wig and ears are nice as well. The gold belt and hair piece are not the best quality but the dress and cloak alone are well worth the price!! Came with all pieces mentioned and shipping was as fast as it could be coming from China.
