  This shoes run very small. I ordered one size up and still my toes touch the front of the shoe. They say easy returns however it is to be returned to China and the cost to ship is over $50. So it seems that I could end up loosing the cost of the shoes plus the shipping (because you can not track once it enters China) .....This is not easy returns.

  This is not the doen dress listed- it is a much lower quality dress that only somewhat looks like the doen brand. Bad dupe! After receiving the dress the quality and cut are not worth the price and the photos do not at all match what arrived

  I never received this item by the expected date, and nobody is contacting me back about the whereabouts of this package. The tracking number provided does not give me any updates whatsoever whenever I checked on its progress. Very poor communication here and would like my money back. Never ordering from this seller ever again. I obviously cannot provide photos because it never arrived and its way past the date.

  This dress ended up not being authentic Doên brand dress. The seller gave me a partial refund so it ended up being fine. But just be aware it’s not actually Doên brand.
