  Nice smooth transition. The item was shipped fast, but was poorly package. The item condition looks ok and it works as intended, that's all that matters. This seller has alot of items that I'm looking at.

  Seller stated that the Dewalt String Trimmer had been powered up and tested prior to shipping. When I received it, it wouldn't power up (tried two different batteries). I emailed the seller and inquired about the issue. It took a few days before they responded. They asked if I removed the string that was inserted in the trimmer head. I replied back that I had tried it with and without it inserted and it wouldn't power up either way. Still waiting on a response after an additional day.

  The box was damaged. There was a large hole in the box. See the pictures. The tool looks clean, but it's broken. I put a good Milwaukee M18v battery on it but it doesn't work. Whoever packed this, didn't do a good job. It looks like they just dumped it in the box.
