  New, factory sealed. But unfortunately had a minor factory defect that the seller rectified immediately. Even though seller couldn't have known, or had anything to do with it. Shipping was immediate. Packed safely. Excellent communication. In all my decades on Ebay, this has to be the most honest seller on Ebay!

  The service and support is phenomenal, all questions prior to my purchase were answered and support with anything that wasn't right once I'd received it was amazing. I had asked whether this laptop came with a pen as some yogas do and I was answered yes. When I received my laptop without a pen they had worked with me to ensure I would receive a pen. Their support on this issue was incredible and I would highly reccomend purchasing with this seller.
