  After a week, they had not shipped. I contacted them, and they said it was the problem of the USPS. THAT IS NOT TRUE. They provided a tracking number, BUT it never got to the post office. I contacted them 2 more times to see if shipped AND NO RESPONSE. They are now getting a negative AND i'll be getting my $$ back when the claim is filed
