  I'M Impressed!!! Super fast shipping. Laptop as described and working well. Did the usual Dell and Microsoft software updates without any issues. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Network port, and USB all work as they should. Batteries are as I would expect, useable, but not brand new. They still have several hours of use per charge. Yah, there is a little wear showing from use, but nothing obnoxious. Overall, I am very pleased with both the laptop and the seller. Thanks for a smooth, easy transaction.

  Laptop was 100% as described. Screen and keyboard in near mint condition. Exterior shell had normal wear and tear. Seller was very responsive. Very good price for a rugged laptop and the seller was able to arrange for two day shipping. Would not hesitate to buy from again. A++++++
