  The item was packaged very well even though it was not the part I ordered. I understand that these things can happen cause I work in shipping warehouse so I called them and the gentleman who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and he corrected the issue and sent out the part that day and expedited the delivery. I’d definitely purchase from them again A++++ service and overall good experience.

  Fair price. Manual was shrink wrapped and brand new. The picture of the manual in the listing was different from what I received which worried me that I had purchased the wrong version but I was able to communicate with seller to clarify.

  Excellent purchase, very user friendly manual for the exact year and model. This is three manuals in one so it’s a huge value. Seller was great communicator, delivery the first time was fast but to the wrong house. I contacted seller immediately and affirmed my address was correct but delivered to wrong address, in two days seller sent another and I’m very pleased.

  Great seller with a great product. The manuals were as described and still plastic wrapped by the printer. Couldn't ask for more in brand new condition. Also, less money spent on an actual new Ford service manual set. It arrived in perfect condition and double boxed.
