    Description said new in closed box ... But it got delivered here in a damaged box and missing power outlet and LEDs .... Which is the main reason I got this need... Box got here opened from one side and shrink wrapped... Contacted the seller for missing items and they couldn't send other parts I asked for measurements of the power outlet so I can source one here local and they right know either... Horrible experience.... Do not buy from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry for the issue . We sent the item in intact condition but can not predict item status in transit. We offer a solution, pls have a check.

    Wonderful seller***(orderedbfrom supplier)Everything seemed ok until the parts box was found 'torn' open. Tools, & s several hardware missing including a plastic ?Lots of misc loose screws, nuts thrown into main shipping box broken.(brake handle)brake spring missing. Total loss to me except Ebay seller credited back his commission. I'm so sad 😔
