  Item as described and shown. No bug issues other then the lenses not sitting correct into frames a little gapping (space) ar edges, nose pad arms had to be brought back into correct alignment..may have been moved in shipping hard to tell. ONLY major issue was lack of protégé buble wrap or like while in shipping around glasses. Seller very polite and prompt to reply to messags.

  They were used and dirty. Had a lot of makeup spots. The price wasn’t bad, but they were sold as a new with tags eyeglasses. Not a good quality, feel very cheap, like an imitation. Also NO tags. The appearance super cheap

  You received a new, never-used frame with original demo lenses, a sealed TB cloth, and a TB case with sealed hardware: all clearly visible on your photos. As for the "cheap appearance," that is subjective, unfortunately it is beyond our control, but we used images of the actual item, not a stock pics to help buyers assess the product accurately. While we have FREE returns, you never contacted us nor submitted a return request, we assume your feedback was not intended to resolve a real issue.
